Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sarvseva Foundation takes pride in maintaining complete transparency regarding all financial transactions and donor contributions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Because donations are immediately allocated toward ongoing charitable work (such as fodder purchase, educational material distribution, or emergency relief), donations are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error during checkout.
• An incorrect donation amount was entered by mistake.

2. Request Process

To request a refund review, please email contact@sarvsevafoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction, providing your full name, phone number, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for refund request.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
