Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sarvseva Foundation takes pride in maintaining complete transparency regarding all financial transactions and donor contributions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Donations made to Sarvseva Foundation are considered non-refundable contributions to support ongoing charitable programs. However, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as:

• A duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error during checkout.
• An incorrect donation amount was entered by mistake.

2. Request Process

To request a refund review, please email contact@sarvsevafoundation.site within 7 days of the transaction, providing your full name, phone number, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for refund request.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
